MyJourney is a safe and confidential online space where others can explore questions about life, purpose, and faith through courses that they choose to take. Whether they are searching, struggling, or simply curious, they’ll find someone who cares and is ready to walk alongside. No judgment—just support, hope, and honest conversation.

Our e-Coaches are compassionate volunteers trained through Jesus.net. They are real people who love listening, praying, and encouraging others. They aren’t professionals or counselors—they’re simply followers of Jesus offering a safe place for you to share your heart and discover truth at your pace. This is your invitation to be that e-coach!

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Offer hope to people who feel alone

• Encourage others in their spiritual journey

• Pray for those who are hurting or searching

• Grow in your own faith as you serve

MyJourney e-Coaches believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.

We will equip you with everything you need:

• Practical online training

• Tools for sharing faith respectfully and relationally

• Support from the Jesus.net coaching community

You won’t walk this journey alone—we walk together.

To serve well, we ask that you:

• Take the course you would like to e-coach before facilitating others

• Have a personal relationship with God

• Are curious and enjoy meaningful conversations

• Grow in your faith journey through meaningful connections with others

• Have a mature and thoughtful understanding of the Bible and Christian faith, shaped by personal experience and ongoing growth

• Pray faithfully for those they connect with

• Are 18 years or older

• Are eager to learn and grow

• Respond promptly to messages

• Participate in online training and meetings

• Are available at least one hour per week

• Have a reliable computer and good internet connection

• Write clearly with good typing and grammar skills
