Follow-up E-Coaching

Join Our Team as an E-Coach!
Are you passionate about helping others grow in faith? We’re looking for caring, committed individuals to join our team as E-Coaches.

As an E-Coach, you’ll connect with visitors through our website and social media—supporting them as they explore life’s big questions, engage in faith conversations, or journey through an online course. Whether it’s a brief chat or a longer-term coaching relationship, you’ll be offering encouragement, prayer, and guidance using our Question Driven Coaching approach.

What We're Looking For
An E-Coach is someone who:

• Has a personal relationship with God

• Is curious and enjoys meaningful conversations

• Grows in their faith journey through meaningful connections with others

• Has a mature and thoughtful understanding of the Bible and  Christian faith, shaped by personal experience and ongoing growth

• Prays faithfully for those they connect with

• Is 18 years or older

• Is eager to learn and grow

• Responds promptly to messages

• Handles all communication with confidentiality

• Participates in online training and meetings 

• Is available at least one hour per week

• Has a reliable computer and good internet connection

• Writes clearly with good typing and grammar skills

Training & Support
We provide a mandatory basic training to get you started. You’ll never be alone—our team is here to support you whenever questions arise.
